HotCreatures collects only the data you voluntarily provide. We never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your email is shared with another member only when you file a contact request ($22) and they approve it. Otherwise, your identity stays anonymous behind your username.
Annual membership is $95 USD per year. Membership grants you the ability to post media, rate other members, send gifts, and request contact information. Membership auto-expires after 365 days and must be manually renewed.
All payments are processed securely via credit card, PayPal, or direct deposit to Brand Management International's Wells Fargo account. Refunds are not issued for denied contact requests, delivered gifts, or partially used memberships.
No contact information (email, phone, address, URLs, coordinates) may be included in posts, bios, or gift notes. Attempts to circumvent this will result in content removal and potential account suspension. All media must comply with applicable laws.

Gifts are virtual items. Cards, roses, bouquets, and dinners are digital representations. Gift pricing is final. Dinner gifts ($200) include a complimentary contact request. Members may rate posts 1–10. Ratings are anonymous. Averages update in real-time. Abuse of the rating system (e.g., coordinated downvoting) may result in administrative action. Any member may block any other member. Blocked members cannot view their posts or send them gifts. Blocks can be reversed at any time. HotCreatures reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended members lose access without refund. HotCreatures is provided "as is." We are not liable for interactions between members, the accuracy of ratings, or the outcome of contact requests. These terms are governed by applicable United States of America, State of Washington law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state of Washington. HotCreatures is committed to providing an inclusive, non-political, and respectful environment for all users. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or political affiliation. Content that is obscene, hate speech, or sexually explicit in a prohibited manner is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination or other actions as is deemed appropriate by the site Administrator.
